Cognitive Health Series Coming in April!

Our brains LOVE to learn new things! If you are looking for a new learning opportunity, social connection, and meaningful interaction – a wonderful online option is coming this spring.

Kemper Cognitive Wellness is so pleased to once again partner with the BW Institute for Learning in Retirement for its Cognitive Health in the 21st Century lecture series, coming in April. Hear from Kemper’s experts, including Dr. Nate Bergman, on brain health topics around nutrition, movement, sleep, stress, supplements – and developments in prevention, detection, and treatment of cognitive loss.

Participants must be members of the BWILR and can register for $20/year. The class fee is $20 for the first class and $10 for additional classes. (The Kemper lecture series counts as one class.) Over 30 classes will be offered this spring.
