BrainFit®

BrainFit® is the ultimate fitness club for your brain.

While our brains aren’t considered a muscle, this vital organ benefits from regular, intense workouts throughout life. BrainFit® incorporates the pillars of wellness and evidence-informed interventions that promote neurogenesis, or the ability to grow new brain cells and enhance cognition.

Cognitive training, non-invasive neuro-technologies, coordinated movement, physical activity, and brain-healthy lifestyle coaching, all designed to steadily help participants improve their memory, are cornerstones of the BrainFit® experience.

BrainFit® is offered Monday - Friday from 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM in the Cognasium at Kemper Cognitive Wellness.

BrainFit® Club at Kemper Cognitive Wellness

The BrainFit® Club at Kemper Cognitive Wellness focuses on making the lives of those with Alzheimer’s, dementia, and related neurological disorders better. We want to help our clients push back against the disease they are living with so they can live well.

The BrainFit® Club at Kemper Cognitive Wellness is a specialized program designed for active seniors living with dementia or other brain-related health challenges. We offer engaging activities and training that may help alleviate symptoms, promote independence, and enhance cognitive function.

Members enjoy stimulating cognitive exercises, opportunities for creative expression, and regular social interaction which are all proven to promote mental sharpness and emotional well-being. Guided by experienced professionals, BrainFit® Club is not only fun and enriching, but also helps improve quality of life and support healthy aging of the brain.

BrainFit® Club is offered Monday-Friday from 1:30 PM - 3:30 PM in the Cognasium at Kemper Cognitive Wellness.

Brain Bootcamp - now offered virtually!

Combining physical and mental exercises, Brain Bootcamp is a fun way to work your body and mind! Each week, participants will learn new exercises and revisit exercises from previous weeks, progressively building as the body and mind adapts.

Who is Brain Bootcamp appropriate for?

Combining physical and mental exercises, Brain Bootcamp is a fun way to work your body and mind! Each week, participants will learn new exercises and revisit exercises from previous weeks, progressively building as the body and mind adapts. Virtual Brain Bootcamp is offered Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays via Zoom from 12:30-1:15 PM EST.

Those times don't work for you? No problem! We send out recordings of each session at the end of every week for you to watch at your convenience.
